Stretching

I want to touch my toes again!
I am going to slowly start stretching each day.
Stretch with me. Breath in and out, get oxygen flowing!
Stand tall, hands above your head, cupped and palms facing upward. reach up and then slowly side to side. Bend forward, no pushing or bouncing allowed.
No where near my toes, but slowly I will reach this goal.
Relax.......PEACE
